I’m Jasmine Mbye, an award-winning Empowered Leadership Catalyst and leadership and organisational development expert with more than a decade of experience helping people and organisations strengthen leadership capability, champion inclusion and create cultures where both people and performance can thrive.

My philosophy is simple:

Empowerment is the foundation. Leadership is the expression. Impact is the outcome.

Through my signature Lead Beyond framework, I help individuals and organisations move beyond limiting beliefs and behaviours, build confidence and emotional intelligence, and turn leadership potential into meaningful action.

My work spans higher education, healthcare and policing, as well as leadership programmes, keynote speaking, workshops and coaching. I’ve also had the privilege of being featured by platforms including BBC News, TEDx, BBC Radio 5 Live and The Sun’s Fabulous.
